JLL – Jones Lang LaSalle HQ

Global real estate services firm JLL recently relocated its Sydney headquarters to the new landmark Sydney Place at 180 George Street. Spread across levels 25-27 of the Salesforce Tower, JLL’s in-house teams managed the design and construction to create a cutting-edge workplace focused on flexibility, sustainability, and wellness.

JLL is aiming for 6 Star Green Star credentials and a Platinum Well rating for the new office. With this objective in mind, it was crucial to partner with companies with strong sustainability credentials for the fit-out. JLL collaborated with BSE Consulting to deliver high-efficiency lighting solutions by Ratio Lighting for the office spaces, featuring excellent colour quality (CRI 95+) in a colour temperature of 3500K, all within a tight delivery schedule.

Featured throughout the project are Ratio Index 90 surface spots in black and white and Standard 70 adjustable downlights, offering excellent visual comfort and high colour rendering. Their minimal form ensures they blend seamlessly into their environment.
