WSP Office

Three offices in Adelaide have merged under one roof at 83 Pirie Street to create a unified workspace that fosters collaboration between employees and clients. The new office brings together WSP, Golder, and Greencap into a single space that accommodates over 250 people across two floors.

The office is designed to support individual work, collaborative work, social activities, and client events. There is a mix of workstations, touchdown points, and small and large collaborative spaces, as well as meeting rooms.

WSP’s Sustainability team ensured that sustainable practices and materials were embedded in the design. The fit-out targets a 2-Star Commercial Interiors Fitwel rating and has a strong focus on health and wellbeing. The new office is also located within a base building that holds a 6 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating and a Gold WELL Building Core & Shell rating. Our fit-out design had to meet set criteria to ensure these ratings were upheld for the entire building.

The building is designed to achieve world-class energy efficiency and environmental standards and currently holds a Gold WELL Rating.

Lighting was an important part of the project for WSP, as it wanted to demonstrate its technical capabilities to the industry. The result is a space that is both functional and visually stunning, setting a new standard for office lighting design. Ratio deep-set Standard 114mm downlights in all black provide comfortable general illumination throughout the office.
